Terms of Service

1. The service

Postual helps web designers and small agencies build local business lead lists. A delivered lead may include public business details, a listed phone number, location and review information, website evidence, and opportunity-ranking information. We do not guarantee that a lead will respond, become a customer, or produce a particular commercial result.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Lead packs and delivery

• Lead packs are one-time purchases of 30, 100, or 300 lead credits.
• One credit is used for each lead delivered to your Postual workspace.
• If a completed search delivers fewer leads than requested, undelivered credits are returned automatically to your Postual balance.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may only be used with Postual.

4. Payments

Postual lead packs are one-time digital purchases. Payments are processed securely by PayPal and are also governed by the applicable PayPal terms. Prices are shown in USD before you pay. PayPal may apply currency conversion or present additional eligible payment methods depending on your account and location.

5. Acceptable use

You may use delivered business information for lawful business prospecting. You must comply with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, telemarketing, anti-spam, and do-not-call rules. You may not use Postual for unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud, impersonation, mass abuse, or resale of the underlying lead database.

6. Data quality

Postual checks and ranks public business information, but businesses and websites change. Report materially incorrect, duplicate, closed, or unreachable leads through the in-app quality tools. We may verify the report and provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Postual available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update features, search providers, coverage, or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

8. Intellectual property

Postual's software, design, branding, and original content remain owned by Postual or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own lawful business activity while your account is active.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postual is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made from lead information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
